Esenvia and Hemovel both contain the same active ingredient, diosmin. In theory, this product improves venous tone by stimulating lymphatic circulation in addition to having anti-oxidant properties that are known to be linked to this type of flavonoid.

In terms of effectiveness, it is important not to take both products at the same time, because they contain the same ingredient. Then, you could try one of these products for 1 box, and analyze if your situation is improved. These products have no known interactions, and a fairly limited side effect profile (headaches, nausea, stomach aches).

Using support stockings with this product is a very good idea, as the two will have a synergistic effect. However, it is unlikely to help lower your blood pressure.
