Cipro will have little or no effect. You need to go to a medical resource, locally in Mexico, to get the appropriate antibiotics.

Be aware that some cold and sinus medications contain Tylenol. Look for the ingredient list of this medication to make sure it does not contain Acetaminophen. It is important to make sure that you are not taking more than 4000mg of acetaminophen (Tylenol) per day, otherwise your liver may be damaged.
