I drink a lot of water every day. Can this be bad for my health?

I am a 27 year old woman, in good health, with no known illnesses. I run about 5 times a week (about 1 hour a day). When I do sports I sweat a lot. I drink about 4 to 6 liters of water daily. I think I do it by habit often (while studying, watching TV, etc), but also because I know that drinking a lot of water is good for your health. However, I recently read that drinking too much water can damage our kidneys, so I'm wondering about that today.

Hello Ma'am,
In fact, a "basic" consumption of 2 Liters of water per day is usually recommended, plus losses through sweat. For a one-hour run in the middle of summer, it would be surprising if you had to drink water to get to 4 L per day.
Drinking more than 5 liters of water per day increases your chance of hyponatremia, which could be dangerous.
Good evening,
