My 7 month old baby vomits every time he eats eggs, should I stop giving him eggs?

My baby has been eating purees for 5 months and I have given him eggs 4-5 times, either hard boiled or in a pancake recipe. He vomits several times after eating eggs.

Firstly sorry for the delay in responding. Given her symptoms, you should temporarily avoid giving your baby eggs until tests are done. It would be important to make an appointment with your family doctor who will order tests if he or she feels it is necessary.
