My baby is 3 months old and seems to have diarrhea. He has had 5 rather watery stools. Should I give him something to hydrate him more?

Three month old baby. Normal condition. Sleeps a little more but not amorphous when awake. Drinks the same amount of milk as usual. Does not vomit.

Simply increase the frequency of drinking and monitor his condition. If the bowel movements are still as frequent tomorrow and the next day, write me again :).
