Hello Ma'am,
It is common for babies to have small heat spots. These are red and slightly raised and can be on the forehead, near the neck or in the folds and are caused by heat. They usually go away on their own without treatment when the child is in a cool environment. To relieve your baby, you can wash the area with cool water or apply cool water compresses to the spots.
If your child has a fever, pus, or swollen lymph nodes in the groin, neck, or armpits, you should seek medical attention.
