Crest's "Pro Health" alcohol-free mouthwash.
But it's been a few hours now, I've had some heartburn, otherwise I'm fine.

This is indeed the worst that could happen to you
Obviously, it is not recommended to swallow it on a regular basis, but a small amount swallowed accidentally is usually not dangerous
