Do I have to stop taking the pill to get my real period or should I keep taking it?

I am taking the Leelo-gé pill and I forgot and since then I have had my period (but not as strong as before, since I have continued to take it for a few days). I have been taking this pill for almost 3 years.

You can take a break period not exceeding 7 days if you had previously taken the pill regularly for at least the 21 days. However this usually goes away on its own, even if you continue to take it regularly.
